  1.  No amount of activity is too little. Even 10 minutes will make a difference.
  2. Choose food with your eyes. Pick fruits and veggies in different colors.
  3. Lift weights. One pound of muscles burns 35 calories. Use a weight that causes fatigues between 8-12 reps.
  4. Make time to relax.
  5. Get enough sleep.
