Staying healthy in the summer heat isn’t hard if you know these five important things:

  1. Avoid exposure in the middle of the day when the sun is strongest – from 10am to 4pm.
  2. Wear loose fitting clothing that’s lightweight.
  3. Drink plenty of fluids! Carry a water bottle with you.
  4. Use sunscreen of SPF 15 or more.
